Francis "Gary" White Jr.
A Charleston native, Gary holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA from The Citadel. After nearly two decades in financial services and banking, including Fortune 500 experience in the U.S. and abroad, he brings deep expertise in commercial finance, debt structuring, and real estate investment to every engagement.
Conor White
Conor is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. An entrepreneur at heart, he directs the firm's day-to-day property management operations, bringing financial discipline and an owner's mindset to every client engagement.
Holly White
Holly has over 25 years of marketing, branding, and graphic design experience. Her portfolio of work includes national retailers, sports teams, professional services organizations, and large educational institutions. As Director of Marketing, she oversees all marketing and branding efforts for the organization.
Aubry G. Alexander II
A native Charlestonian, Aubry has practiced real estate in the Charleston market for more than 20 years and brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. A C-CREC designee, he served two terms on Charleston City Council and received the Trident Association of Realtors Quality of Life Award.
